Statement: There is so much property in Noida-Ghaziabad : 25 thousand reward announced on Shrikant Tyagi | कथन: नोएडा-गाजियाबाद में है इतनी संपत्ति : श्रीकांत त्यागी पर 25 हजार का इनाम घोषित |

Noida Omaxe Society The way the matter of Noida's Grand Omaxe Society was roaring in the media, the party didn't want to give any issue in the hands of the opposition in the middle of the session due to Parliament. maybe this is the reason that by taking strict action, an attempt was made to shoot a strong communication to the party workers.

Expansion

Hammer is going on illegal construction of contended BJP worker Shrikant Tyagi, indicted in Noida's Grand Omaxe Society occasion. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has targeted the action being taken' now' at the house of Shrikant Tyagi, indicted of indelicateness with a woman of thesociety. He has asked whether the BJP wasn't apprehensive till date that its leaders are getting illegal constructions done. He also talked about chancing out those forces who were working till moment to save similar culprits. He indicted the state government of running down from answering thesequestions.Put it. Priyanka Gandhi was also seen fighting for justice for the Hathras incident victim. moment he has explosively raised the Noida issue.

At the same time, BJP has said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a clear communication by taking strict action against Shrikant Tyagi that no bone

will be spared for making a mistake in the state. Indeed if he's a party worker, action will be taken against him in the same way as any other miscreant is penalized. Bulldozers can run on their homes in the same way as any other culpritscan.Bulldozer moves. This action shows BJP's policy of' Zero Tolerance' on corruption and crime. With the office of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, MP Mahesh Sharma and Lucknow Police being active, it's believed that sweats will be made to pacify the displeasure of the people by arresting Shrikant Tyagi soon.

Yogi can not compromise with this image

In the last assembly choices, the BJP had made the Yogi Adityanath government's concrete action against culprits its main election armament in Uttar Pradesh. All BJP leaders, including Amit Shah and JP Nadda, kept on propagating among the public that if any other party gets power in the state, also it can bring again goondaraj in the state. For this the Samajwadi PartySome incidents that happed during the term were also brought up constantly. The party also got the benefit of this strategy and the party was suitable to come back to powerhistorically. However, also the party wants to maintain this point and the harsh action on Shrikant Tyagi is the result of this thinking, If BJP sources are to be believed.

Action taken due to fear of hurting PM's policy

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working to strengthen women by bringing them special schemes. He's constantly seen emphasizing the commission of women. In such a situation, the nasty act done by a party leader can hurt this image of the party. before, the party had to face a veritably uncomfortable situation in the Kuldeep Sengar occasion and the Lakhimpur Kheri incident. The party doesn't want any similar situation to be now.

The way the issue of Grand Omaxe Society of Noida was roaring in the media, the party didn't want to give any issue in the hands of the opposition due to the Parliament session. maybe this is the reason why by taking strict action against Shrikant Tyagi, an attempt was made to shoot a strong communication to the party workers.

Do not try to save the tainted

Two UP government ministers Rakesh Sachan and Sanjay Nishad are also in their final stages of hail in separatecases. However, also it can have a negative impact on the state government, If there's a rear decision from the court on them. The party seems to be keeping distance from both these matters from now on. This is also the reason that the state government wants to be seen dealing roughly with the culprits and that's why strict action was taken against Shrikant Tyagi.

BJP workers have been complaining numerous times that indeed after having their own government in the state, they aren't heeded to. From the police station to the administration, they don't get any precedence. But rather of taking any action on this complaint of the workers, Yogi Adityanath, on the negative, made his precedence clear by advising them to avoid brokering in the police stations. The hammer at Srikant Tyagi's house has made his policy veritably clear.

Opposition parties including Congress, Samajwadi Party have always been professing that action of Enforcement Directorate or Income Tax and CBI disquisition is done only on the leaders of opposition parties. Whereas leaders who are in BJP, or join it, no action is taken against them. But moment's action is giving a communication that BJP won't accept any kind of corruption.

 Yogi Adityanath took strict action

elderly Uttar Pradesh BJP leader Sanjay Chaudhary told Amar Ujala that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had made his precedence clear from the veritably first day he came to power. He took strict action against culprits and loose. The result of this policy of the government was that No major felonious incident happed in the state and culprits were seen running down after saving their lives. He said that through this action, the government has made it clear that no person committing a crime will be spared and everyone in the state will have to admire the law.

On Wednesday, the 19 indigenous tribal federations and tribes sent a message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which they vehemently demanded that the NRC sift out the foreigners, place them in prison facilities, and deport them.

The organisations claimed that NRC would be enforced nationwide after Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced it in a speech to the Rajya Sabha on November 19, 2019.

The tribal organisations urged the implementation of the NRC in Manipur to protect the genuine citizens in light of this impression.

The bodies wrote in their memorandum that "foreigners constitute a big threat to the indigenous people of Manipur and to India as a whole for a long time. It is a plea that our responsible central government open facilities right now for the purpose of locating and expelling alien nationals.

The tribal organisations claimed that the All Manipur Students Union and All Manipur Coordinating Committee had signed agreements in 1980 and 1994 with the Manipur government and the then-governor V. K. Nair regarding the detection and deportation of foreign nationals from Manipur, using the cutoff base of 1951 to distinguish the foreign nationals from genuine Indian citizens.

The authorities claimed, "Most significantly, the fixation of indigenous people has not yet been established. In December 2019, the Indian government expanded the Inner Line Permit System to the state of Manipur. The organisations said that because Manipur is a border state, immigration from Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Nepal has increased significantly and unabatedly since the then-Chief Commissioner Himmat Singh abolished the Pass Permit and Permit System on November 18, 1950.

The body continued, "Due to this constant overflow of influxes, which subsisted within us, has now seized the socioeconomic and political rights of the indigenous people. Muslims from Bangladesh and Myanmar have taken up residence in Jiribam, with a sizable portion of them dispersed primarily in valley regions.

The population of Myanmar Kuki and the adjoining Lushai Kuki has grown to several lakhs in an ad hoc manner. In hilly locations, they have now countered ownership against the local indigenous population. Similar to how the population of Nepal has increased significantly, the tribal organisations noted.

Several student organisations in Manipur called for the creation of a State Population Commission in addition to the NRC, which uses 1951 as the foundation year for recognising residence, in order to "monitor and balance the population rise."

Nearly 40 lakh of the approximately 3.30 crore Assamese applicants for the NRC had their names left off of the draught NRC that was released on July 30, 2018. About 36.28 lakh of them had submitted applications to be included, and about 2 lakh had submitted objections. They were invited to later sessions where arrangements were made to collect their biometric information.

More than 31.1 million persons were discovered on the additional NRC list to be eligible for the registry, whereas more than 1.9 million people were excluded.

Indian 15th President Draupadi Murmu's speech after taking oath

    Droupadi Murmu Oath Ceremony:

Draupadi Murmu was today sworn in as the 15th President of the country. Chief Justice         of India NV Ramana administered the oath of office to Draupadi Murmu. She is the             country's first female tribal president.

The key points of President Draupadi Murmu's speech after taking oath are:

  • I humbly greet all the countrymen from this holy Parliament, a symbol of the hopes and aspirations and rights of all the citizens of India. Your affinity, your trust and your support will be my greatest strength in fulfilling this new responsibility for me.

  • I express my heartfelt gratitude to all the MPs and all the members of the Legislative Assembly for being elected to the highest constitutional post of India. Your vote is an expression of the faith of crores of citizens of the country.

  • The country has elected me as the President at such an important period when we are celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of our freedom. A few days from today, the country will complete 75 years of its independence.

  • It is also a coincidence that my political career started when the country was celebrating its 50th year of independence. And today in the 75th year of independence, I have got this new responsibility.

  • It is my great privilege to be given this responsibility at such a historic time when India is energized to achieve the vision of the next 25 years.

  • I am also the first President of the country who was born in independent India.

  • We have to work at a fast pace in this Amritkal to fulfill the expectations that our freedom fighters had made from us citizens of independent India.

  • In these 25 years, the path of the attainment of Amritkal will proceed on two tracks - everyone's effort and everyone's duty.

  • Tomorrow i.e. 26th July is also Kargil Vijay Diwas. This day is a symbol of both the bravery and restraint of the Indian armies. Today, I extend my best wishes to the armies of the country and to all the citizens of the country on Kargil Vijay Diwas in advance.

  • I started my life journey from a small tribal village in Odisha. From the background I come from, it was like a dream for me to get elementary education. But despite many obstacles, my resolve remained strong and I became the first daughter of my village to go to college.

  • I am from tribal society. And from Ward Councilor to becoming the President of India, I have got the opportunity. This is the greatness of India, the mother of democracy.

  • It is the power of our democracy that a daughter born in a poor house, a daughter born in a remote tribal area, can reach the highest constitutional post of India.

  • Just a few days ago, India has made a record of applying 200 crore doses of corona vaccine. The patience, courage and cooperation shown by the people of India in this entire battle is a symbol of our growing strength and sensitivity as a society.
